How To Proceed

Home What Do I Need To Do For My Charlotte Home Inspection?

                      Follow these simple steps:

Step 1:   Call 704-837-2456 for an appointment   OR click here to Schedule an Appointment online

You will be asked several questions about the home to determine how much the inspection will cost, where the property is located, and when to schedule the actual home inspection in the Charlotte area. You will also be asked for your contact info.

You are certainly welcome and encouraged to attend the inspection.  At the end of all home inspections, your Charlotte home inspector spends about 30 minutes summarizing the inspection findings and answers any questions you may have.  So make a list!

Please note:  please verify that all utilities are on and all pilot lights are lit.

A confirmation of the appointment will follow via an email.  In it will be instructions on how to access, read and sign the home inspection agreement.  The States of NC & SC require that the agreement be read and signed before the home inspection begins.

The cost of the home inspection is based on the heated square footage,  the age of the home and whether it has a crawlspace or basement.  We are not the cheapest nor the most expensive but somewhere in the middle but we do feel we offer the best value of all home inspectors in the Charlotte area!

Step 2:   Sign the agreement.

Read and sign the home inspection agreement. You can sign it online, fax it back to us or bring it with you and give it to the home inspector Charlotte before the  inspection begins.  The States of NC & SC require that an inspection agreement be read and signed before the inspection begins.

Step 3:   Payment

Typically, payment is expected at the time of the home inspection and before the report is presented. Credit cards, checks, money orders, or cash is accepted. You can pay online via a credit card right here on our website.
